You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the nagabet platform. Accounts found to be held by persons under the legal age will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold a single nagabet account. Duplicate accounts — whether used to claim multiple bonuses or for any other purpose — will be merged or closed without notice.
All bonuses and promotions offered by nagabet are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions detailed in individual promotion terms. General bonus rules apply at all times.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nagabet reserves the right to verify the identity and ownership of payment methods before authorising withdrawals.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. nagabet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to secure their account.
nagabet supports responsible gaming and provides self-exclusion, deposit limit, and cooling-off tools to all members at no cost. Use of these tools is encouraged and will not affect your account standing.

Any reference to a section, clause, or paragraph is a reference to the corresponding provision of these Terms & Conditions. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
By registering an Account, accessing the nagabet Platform, or placing any wager through our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions ("Supplementary Terms").
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the nagabet Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and nagabet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on the nagabet Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. nagabet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be closed without notice and all associated balances will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the nagabet Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. nagabet does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Member may maintain only one Account on the nagabet Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether in the same name, different names, or using different contact details — are strictly prohibited. nagabet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party. nagabet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify nagabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. Notification should be made via live chat or by email to support@nagabet.vu. nagabet may suspend your Account temporarily pending investigation of any reported security concern.
4.3 KYC Verification. nagabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be considered dormant. nagabet may charge a monthly administration fee of RM10 on dormant Account balances after written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance dormant for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed.
5.1 Deposits. nagabet accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, Bank Islam, and other participating institutions). The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated. nagabet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. nagabet reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and Member tier; VIP tier members receive priority processing. nagabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, and displayed figures on the nagabet Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits originating in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction; any conversion costs are borne by the Member.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. nagabet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. Any transaction or activity that nagabet reasonably suspects may constitute money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account may be frozen pending investigation. In such circumstances nagabet shall have no liability to the Member for any resulting loss.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses offered by nagabet are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified in the applicable Supplementary Terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 35× the bonus amount. Bonuses must be used within 30 days of issuance unless a different expiry period is explicitly stated.
6.2 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using games designated as eligible in the relevant promotion. Not all games contribute equally; for example, table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) compared to slots (100%). Current contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion pages.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. nagabet employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising variance, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between Members. If nagabet determines in its reasonable judgement that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, nagabet reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account without prior notice.
6.4 Promotions Modification. nagabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are made in good faith but are subject to operational, regulatory, or technical constraints. Completion of wagering requirements remains the Member's responsibility regardless of promotional changes affecting future bonuses.
All games available on the nagabet Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term theoretical averages and are not guaranteed for any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the outcome of the affected round will be void and any wagered amounts returned to the Member's Account. nagabet's decision on technical matters is final. Live casino games are additionally subject to the rules of the respective studio provider, which are available within each game interface.
Sportsbook bets are subject to the Sportsbook Rules applicable at the time of bet placement. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual odds at the time of placement, nagabet reserves the right to void or recalculate affected bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nagabet Platform:
nagabet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the nagabet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of nagabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of nagabet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagabet's total cumulative liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Member to their Account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nagabet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if nagabet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
nagabet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability for which nagabet accepts no liability.

All Members must be aged 21 years or older. nagabet employs age verification procedures at registration and during periodic account reviews. nagabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; engagement in prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; regulatory or legal requirements; and reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Upon Account closure for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is initiated by the Member in good standing, the remaining Account balance net of any unsettled wagering requirements will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting nagabet support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and will not be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.
nagabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the nagabet Platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nagabet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority.
For any complaint or dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact nagabet's support team via live chat to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. nagabet aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final response within 14 business days.
